I'm a newbie!

Hello everyone...is there anyone else new to this? Or someone that would like to chat about healthy eating options etc? I am looking to start off loosing 60 pounds and let me tell you it will be a long road, but well worth it!! I sit at my job all day so I have put on excess weight since starting a year ago. I was already over weight...any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

    Hiya hazelsheets. I just log whatever I eat, drink or do exercise wise on here. I always aim to leave a deficet calorie amount, of 500 per day. That way I am guarenteed to lose the weight. Hope this helps. X
