Weight loss seems to not be happening

Had a good day today. Ate pretty okay but i didnt realize how bad quiche is. Lol. It made my fat intake for the day go a little over, im having a hard time evening out on my numbers now because i only have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner and that was just over 900 calories. I mean i suppose i filled them with the dallop of daisy, and the little bit of seasoning that i didnt really add in just cause thats tiny things lol. But i set my goal to 1200 calories and ive also made it my goal to go under my goal carbs/ sodium. Im going to try to maybe do like 15 minutes of p90x or insanity each evening before my shower to see if thatll maybe work. Im really trying to lose weight but i feel like the numbers arent coming fast enough and i am really impatient. it sucks. Can you lose weight by only eating healthy and eating less? or do you HAVE to work out a lot also. I litterally have no energy what so ever...which makes excersizing hard and it doesnt seem like swimming is making any difference. Its hard with my weight and back issues to get physically motivated enough to actually move move. lol. help? any suggestions/ helpful ideas. Also, does cutting out a lot of sodium and a little bit of carbs help lose weight? If you look at my chart im under on sodium mainly because ive heard rumors that its bad for you.
