Any tips on how to loose weight , and keep it that way ?

Put your statistics into MFP for the amount of weight you want to lose and how much per week, usually 1pound a week is sufficient. Follow the recommended calorie allowance add in some exercise and your good to go. When you get to your goal weight you can re-assess and then work out how many calories a day you need to maintain your new weight.
It is all about how many calories you eat and how many you burn. If you burn more than you eat then you will lose weight.
Also read the forums they are full of good advice. You will soon learn the ropes.
