Hello everyone im April :)

I have been overweight since a child.
Before i had my first child i was around 160 then i blew up to 198 after child birth.

got down to 153 for my wedding cuz there was no way i was walking down the isle looking like that...and looking back at my pictures thinking......omg i was so fat..

Long story short...got pregnant with my second child shortly after my wedding blew up again. To 185 ish. And i now i sit at 183 and my long term goal is 155.

I have to make a change. I have horrible self esteem. and i create my own misserry and i refuse to do it any longer. I want to feel good about myself again. So far so good just need to keep motivated and keep my eyes on the prize. Feel free to add me i need all the help and support i can get.
