Any crossfitters in here? how do you log your workouts? obviously i can log the weight lifting portion but how do you log the wods? want to make sure im logging to the best capacity

    If we have a WOD with running, rowing or Airdyne I log that part of the WOD under cardio because our heart rate stays so high. For the skill portion I normally don't log calories for those
