These "it works" wraps annoy me. I keep seeing these advertised. A friend on my FB sells them. There are not a miracle fix. You have to drink half your weight in water and then wrap in a plastic for 45 min. The second you eat something you gain the weight back. Do these annoy anyone else?

Claiming that they shed x amount of inches/weight off? Yeah, annoying.

However, they DO take off some inches off temporarily, which makes them useful for someone trying to fit in a tailored garment, such as a wedding dress, if they haven't achieved the necessary size yet.

I had someone claiming on Facebook they shrink fat cells by pulling toxins out of them.
