I just want to know people's experiences of techniques that are effective burning fat in these areas. I know full body workouts are the best for this.

If a routine could be posted I think allot of people would appreciate

There is no exercise or exercise program that will specifically target belly fat.

Eat at a calorific deficit and you will lose fat. Where that fat comes from first is largely due to genetics but with a low enough body fat figure your belly will be gone.

its about losing weight firstly, each few pounds lost can really make a difference to that area. Planks and side planks work great as does resistance / progressive weight training but we can't spot reduce so keep working on the fat loss.

The answer to your question is none. There are no best exercises for losing belly fat and love handles.

While you can do hundreds of crunches, planks, Russian twists and the like all day long, unless you loose the fat around the abs, obliques etc.., you are still gonna be fat around the midsection.

So a calorie deficit is key! Second a strength training program along with getting adequate protein while eating at a calorie deficit is gonna build you some muscle in the interim. At some point this muscle building will taper off and if you want some nice or even ripped abs, cut and bulk cycles is where you want to go next.

You do not have to do one AB exercise if you follow a total body progressive strength training program deigned to build lean mass.

You can't spot reduce! But I have noticed that when I run for about 20 mins every day or so I don't bloat and have a flattER tummy
