Hey there!

I had some quite stressful last 3 years but I'm finishing my PhD these days and I would really like to get rid of those 15 kg I earned during the last years. I'm currently aiming for a rather slow road, limiting calories to about 1500 and having a daily walking goal of 10.000 steps, everything else is currently considered a great bonus.
