30 Day Shred Motivation!! Photo please.

Hi I have been trying to do the 30 day shred but lose incentive after a week. I would love if anyone would show me their results to keep me motivated.

I just started 30DS:) day 3 so no results yet but I'm def feeling the burn so I feel like it's working:)0

30 day shred isn't magic. Without a calorie deficit, results would be minimal.
Any program (even no exercise) will result in weight loss if you are in a moderate calorie deficit consistently.
Exercise of any type is to improve fitness and health.
