Activity level for TDEE etc.?

I've always put my activity level at "sedentary", as I don't move around much. I do walk the dog, and walk short distances, but that generally only adds up to 3-5 miles a day and other than that I don't work out very often. That's sedentary, yes? And how much would I have to exercise for "lightly active", and how much activity is "moderately active", etc.? Thanks!
