I have MFP set at losing 2 lbs per week. First week I lost 3.5. The second week I lost 2.5. Then a couple of weeks at 2 lbs even. Then a week where I lost nothing at all and actually gained a pound. Now it just took another whole week to lose the pound I gained. If I'm doing the EXACT same thing, then why has the weekly loss dropped so low? Yes, I follow all of the rules for measuring/weighing etc. I am unable to do nothing more than a very small amount of leisurely walking, due to my disability, but that's been the case since day one. I just don't get it.

Weight loss is not linear dear.
You have lost 6 pounds. That's wonderful! Keep going.

Hormones, water, poop...so many different things effect weight loss. As long as the overall trend is downward you're doing something right!1

I've actually lost 12.6 over the course of 7 weeks. I'm praying that the scale starts moving again.0 -
