Meal/snack combinations/1200 cal diary

Hi everyone,
I'm searching for new food ideas since I've sort of lost my way.
I was doing well a few months ago, but got burned out on what I was eating, so I gained back some weight.
I'm really ready to start back with logging my food, etc., but I'm having a difficult time with knowing what to pair together for meals/snacks so I don't feel like I'm starving throughout the day. I want to make sure I'm eating filling foods, etc. but not always sure what would be best.
So I'm looking for ideas of what everyone else might combine for meals/snacks throughout their day to stay within 1200 calories.
I've read on some other posts that people eat the same things everyday and lose consistently. I would love to find the same thing since it makes life much more simple when things get very busy and it is easier to buy the same things each week or be able to buy in bulk.
I think starting with a base of a full day and then maybe changing out a snack or a meal here and there would work really well.
So I would love either a list of meals/snacks that make up 1200 cal day or if it is easier just to view your diary, that sounds wonderful too. I usually cook different dinners every night, but I think I'm going to plan on going to a smaller dinner meal for now and then I'll slowly incorporate the meals I usually make back in.
Thank you in advance.

I've made a wonderful low-calorie breakfast pizza. It does take some "meal-prepping" in that I make it every Sunday then I have a quick breakfast to grab on the go to work. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/breakfast-pizza-2. It makes 8 slices (I make mine in a 9x13pan instead of a circular pizza pan) and depending on whether you use egg beaters or egg beaters whites the recipe builder with MyFitnessPal calculates it to be about 150/175calories per slice. I also use Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles so that I don't have to actually cook/drain the sausage. I usually pair it with some fresh fruit that I also "meal prep" by getting them cut up and measured out in sandwich bags. I am a person that can't eat the same thing over and over so my lunches change every week but hope that this helps with breakfast?0
