You always read how your taste buds change or habits can be changed in enough time. I am not sure I ever believed it was possible for everyone and certainly not for me. Don't get me wrong, exercise is a habit and once I get in 'the zone' I'm set and don't give it up for anything.

But I have never been one of those people that can eat just one cookie in the package. I haven't been craving any sweets for some time now. I was worried that if I had anything it would open a pandora's box and I would be craving again.

Tonight I went to the movies. I had a single bag of M & M's. No popcorn or anything. I ate just a few and did finally finish the bag. But that was it for me. I didn't want anymore. I didn't want to stop on my way home for chocolate milk (my weakness).

I feel like I just climbed Mt. Everest! I think I've made it finally.

Good for you! Great feeling, isn't it? There are times that we're stronger than others, but knowing that you can do it is extremely empowering and really helps in those weak moments.
