What Is The Best Exercise

Im trying to tone certain areas of my body. Can anyone recommend any specific exercise to tone the buttock region (tone and highten) and also the abb and thigh region? Thanks:wink:

    Lunges for the buttocks, planks for the abs. Walk out the front door. Do lunges until your legs start to burn, run to the end of the block, do lunges again; repeat until 15 minutes passes. You will feel it the next day.

    If you have access to a gym, any type of full-range of motion exercise helps strengthen your legs and core. Stay away from machines and do Olympic movements like squats, dead lifts, cleans, snatches, etc. Most girls stay away from this, but this is the fastest way to get hard. Oh yea, and none of it will matter if your diet isn't right.

    Squats, planks and lunges will have your thighs and butt toned in no time!!
  • Pole dancing is meant to be really good for you.
    I've taken it up and start next Sunday.
    It apparently tones everything from arms, to bottom, to tummy to thighs up!
