Help ive exceeded my maintenance by 100 calories twice this week. Will it make any difference when im eating at maintenance the rest of the days? Im so paranoid right now

Not really, no.
Especially since:
a) you probably should have a maintenance range, to account for normal weight fluctuations;
b) Calorie counts may not be 100% exact;
c) Caloric output is nearly impossible to measure, so you may have burnt off an extra 200 Cals anyway;
d) 200 Cals is something like 0.06 lb of fat.4 -
While I am still not ready to start the maintenance phase, I think it helps me to just take an extra long walk if I went over my calorie limit for the day. My Fitbit (I love this tool!) gives me an idea of how much I need to do. Usually I can just walk up the hill near my home and that covers me!

If you are 100 over every day for the rest of your life, yes you will notice long term gain. However, I'm not convinced that every entry on here is perfect so 200 calories over in the course of a week shouldn't be anything to be paranoid about.
FWIW, while away for the weekend I had 3 days where I was more than 1,000 calories over. I still managed a net loss of 1 pound in part because I'm more active overall. If I had not consumed those 3,000 calories would my loss have been 2 pounds? Maybe but I would have been grumpy & unhappy which is no way to live.5 -
No. You will be just fine. Go for a walk if you are worried about it, but should be ok.

1 pound of fat is roughly 3,500 calories. So if you eat 100 calories over maintenance 35 times without burning any of them, you may gain 1 pound. I say "may" because calorie amounts are estimates and it might take more or less than that, depending on how accurate all of your entries are for both eaten and burned.3

Take a chill pill - your mind-set isn't compatible with long term happy maintenance.
You need to reduce the emotion and increase the logic, maintenance is just a maths game but played out over an extended period of time.
Don't "be on a diet" for the rest of your life.6 -
OP did you ever eat 100 or 200 calories over your deficit when trying to loose weight? If you did, then the same applies here. You most likely did not hurt one thing by doing so, and it will all even out at the end of the week or so.
You got to enjoy life, relax about weight gain, and moreover I hope you have decided to use a weight range for example +/- 4 or 5 pounds. You might drive your self crazy over this and it is not healthy to be so worried about 200 calories and minor blip of the scale if any.
I like what @sijomial said, don't be on a diet the rest of your life, this will only prove to bring on unneeded stress and misery which this can be bad for the waistline.

Consistency is everything. Do that for a VERY long time, and you'll notice a creep eventually. Still, that surplus is so small, that I wouldn't worry about it. It's not like you're overeating every day.
