No classes for 2 days so need to get out for walk or go to gym.

Cool. Good job planning ahead. As a college student, I generally do the same when classes are in session. After all, no classes=less movement. However, I stick with just walking and home workouts. The gym (outside of an occasional group class) is not my favorite place.1

I've been trying to mentally prepare and execute activity this summer when I'm not near my workout studio. I registered for a 5k so when I'm away I've been running. I'm a beginner runner and doing my best to keep my head in it.
I had a two day getaway for work in June. It includes "social time." I organized a bike ride so that I knew there would be some form of exercise.0
