Spiritual Fitness Pal! A Loving Spirit Within!

Tonight I find myself in awe pondering on our Spirit within
The only one Holy and Friendly Emmanuel is truthfully Godly!

The Holy Spirit likes to chitchat and I find him absolutely charming
He gives himself delightfully to those who welcome him wholeheartedly

Well today he comes to everyone challenged, heavy, weary and burdened
He is the one who inspires us to move forth in a renewing, encouraging way

We begin to soak higher and farther taking a leap away from our selves
And we enter the world of the Lord with compassion that never fails

Fleeing from self we have hope and anchor to our souls' weapon
Firm and secure as we live daily greatly encouraged as we birth

Lo and behold he does whisper and we feel his presence in our body
With him we are lose endless pounds becoming gentle and humble

Blooming like well watered gardens His grace is sufficient and holy
Our Emmanuel guides us dearly like Spring Waters never failing

We know that God's promises are full of Endearment and Love
As Emmnanuel His Spirit bestows His Charisms to all who believe!
