Help on logging exercise

Ok ... Working out at anytime doing boot camp ... I understand this to be "HIIT" training - high intensity interval training... How the heck do you long that on the exercise here?

I would google it, there are websites that will Calculate how much YOU would but during HIIT based on your height and weight. It varies hugely, that's probably why there is no set but for it..?
