So I started working out 4 times a week I would do 40 mins of treadmill walking an about 1 In a half to 2 hrs of weight lifting it seems that first month I lost about 17lbs and then my batteries died on my scale so it took me about a week to get more and now I'm weighing more and it seems like it's gradually going back to my start weight..I can feel my body my arms getting tighter and gaining muscle but why have I stopped losing weight

Are you counting your calories?
Do you weigh your food?
Do you measure portions?
Are you 100% sure you're in a caloric deficit?
If your answe isn't a yess for every one of those. Then that's why you're not losing weight. It doesn't matter how much you exercise if you're over your maintenance. I lost 12lbs in 3 months doing 1 hour of lifting a day with not a minute of cardio. Purely because I tracked my calorie intake.0
