Day 2 on 1200 cal to loose a few pounds. If you know of some healthy low cal food ideas , I hope you'll share. When my chocolate vitamin D chew over the past few days has been my highlight...I need some ideas. LOL

As for some suggestions. Read the sticky notes at the top of the getting started and general diet boards. There is some great information there on setting goals, being accurate, etc.1
