Joined a 6 week weightloss challenge at The Camp Transformation Center

Just joined and weighed in...ugh, I've gained some poundage back. I know many will say it is u healthy to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks, but I've met so many people there that are doing it. I'm determined. Add me and watch me melt 20 lbs in 6 weeks!!

    Careful... are you losing fat or losing muscle too? Rapid weight loss can crash metabolism and cause muscle loss. Do you use a body composition scale or just a regular scale? I highly suggest using a a body composition scale to track progress and see if it's meaningful weight loss (body fat) or less than ideal weight loss (water and muscle loss).

    Also what is the plan for post-weight loss maintenance? Please tell me you are going to slowly reverse diet to a healthy maintenance calorie level, eat healthy, and continue to exercise... if not then you will gain it all back plus more.

    Just noticed your post was from a couple months ago so you should be finished with the program plus a couple weeks - how did it go??
