Hi I'm after some advice I've recently have a baby 2 months ago and I've just started to steadily get active again but I'm just wondering how many calories I should be having a day of I'm still breastfeeding!
Thanks in advance

Congratulations.
Remember to take your time...9 months on and 9 months off...
Also add 500..which should cover an exclusive breastfeeder from 3-6 months, when you introduce real food it will start to taper off ...there's a food entry that gives you a negative figure called breastfeeding.0
