For a couple of months I try to eat less around 1200 -1300 net cals. I just lose very little weight. I begin to do P90X 5 weeks ago, and the beach body site advice me to eat more 1800-2000 gross. I did eat more for a few weeks my weight stay the same since I begin P90X. Are there any P90X people out there to help me? My goal is to lose 10-20 pounds to get to my healthy BMI. How much should I eat?
Thanks in advance,

Depends on height/weight/ect.
try using the TDEE calculator here and eating at a 10 or 15 % deficit of that number:
