ok, so im not a vegetarian or a vegan. I am a meat eater. that being said, im interested in learning how to cook some vegetarian / vegan meals. I know many vegetarian meals are lower in calories, naturally, so that's why I am interested. im getting a little bored with my limited low cal recipes. im almost done losing weight, however, I would like to incorporate vegetarian / vegan meals into my normal diet, even during maintenance phase.

CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME IDEAS FOR AWESOME RECIPES? PICTURES OF THE MEAL MAYBE???

There is a recipe section on here if you would want to browse that. People also do blogs on here and post their food but you'll have to wade through them.

I am not a vegetarian but my husband is, so I end up cooking vegetarian pretty much everyday. The secret is to add few spices to the boiled vegetables so they taste good. Cumin powder is very helpful. Just add a pinch to the vegetables before they are steamed. Brings out a whole new aroma. Hope this helps! Congrats on your weight loss and u r looking good! Keep it up!!!

The Hungry Girl blog has a lot of good, healthy recipes, including a lot of vegetarian ones. They tend to be low-calorie knock offs of restaurant calorie bombs, so they can be useful to satisfy a craving for something unhealthy.
