Back in the 90's, it was great because it had ephedra in them. Now they are just hyped up caffeine pills.

The reality is, you can take any diet pill you want, BUT it's actually your diet that's going to be the difference in weight loss. If you took Hydroxycut and ate well over your calorie limit a day, you AREN'T going to lose weight.

Reduce how much you eat first.

Save your money...do the work instead, the results will last longer! Ive heard a few horror stories about people having heart issues with those, somehow I don't think the risk outweighs the benefits. Weigh your food, log everything, move your body ALOT...in order to lose a pound you need to burn approximately 3500 more calories than you eat in a week. Get logging, watch your trends, adjust if necessary......It's work, but it's proven to get results every time.

Yeah my boyfriend and I were at the GNC store yesterday and I saw the hydroxycut they had and been looking up information on it, but some of the things I've been reading on it is mostly people stating how it's horrible and the effects of getting off of it are worse then where you began

Yeah that's what I was seeing. I've been watching my calories and trying to cut back on sugary items. Plus I've been going to the gym for 2 hours a day

Thats pretty much what I heard too, as well as a few stories about people developing malformities...not sure how much truth is there, but again, not worth the risk..lol! You don't look like you need to lose much at all, so the process shouldn't be as grueling as it is for people who have much more to drop. I've lost just over 80 lbs, 5'3...it took a long time, but I didn't change much, so it seems almost effortless now that I'm in maintenance. Feel free to add me if you'd like some support! :)
