You don't want cheat days with keto or you'll always be dealing with carb flu. Plus you'll put the glycogen water weight back on every time you carb load1

I believe what you are looking for is information on a CKD ( cyclic keto diet ) ...
Here is a good resource for info : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/cyclical_ketogenic_diet.htm
It is generally considered better to eat cleaner when possible, but I know people who have success on both ends of the range.
There is another variation known as TKD ( targeted keto diet ), starter info here : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/sclark86.htm

I've never used cheat or refeed days. I like the benefits of keto so I try to stay LCHF at all times.1

I'd be very cautious about this diet. I guess that you will lose weight, at first, but you will find it very hard to get to a normal healthy eating routine.
I hate the term 'cheat'. You are only cheating your own body out of eating a healthy diet. It's not fun or amusing or naughty - it's just plain stupid. You need to learn that no food is bad or naughty. It's the portion size that's important. A diet that encourages binge eating seems very counterproductive to me.
When you come off a fad diet the danger is low metabolism and binge eating. There are respectable 5/2 diets which you might like to consider instead.
Don't let binge eating become a habit.1 -

It's basically where you follow the normal Keto diet for 10 full days when you first start out then on the 11th day you have a carb nite. Around 5 pm, start eating carbs. This can be anything, donuts.. Pasta.. Cupcakes. Literally anything you can think of. Eat as much as you want until around 12 pm. Next morning after carb nite, go back to eating under 30g of carbs a day. Follow this for 6 days then on the 7th day, have another carb nite. That's just the basis of it but John keifer explains why this leads to rapid fat loss
This is the stupidest thing I've read.2 -

Yeah, sounds like cyclic KETO, if I "Refeed." I'm goi with clean stuff, sweet potatoe, etc. I'm getting some definition already. I train pretty hard also. At least twice a day. I hit Ketosis on day 4 and am looking forward to the results!0 -
My refeed is twice a week now and its gotten stupid junky and heavy to maintain weight, i almost threw up last time0

It leads to fat loss because that one night of eating whatever you want likely won't negate the 10 days of following a strict diet calorie-wise. You have something to look forward to so it helps you focus during the rest of the week. There's nothing magical about it.. If you consume too many calories you won't lose any fat either way.0
