Retired Intelligence Agent. Since retirement worked as an investigator for the Florida Department of Children and Families and the Seminole County Sheriff's office, and also was an administrator for a halfway house for federal prisoners. Now, I am totally retired due to injuries...

    Genre?

First two books are YA fantasy (Pantomime & Shadowplay--out in the UK on ebook, with paperbacks later this year) and the third is a near future thriller (False Hearts), which is out everywhere. My name's Laura Lam if you fancy looking them up! :-)

Why do I need to know this?! :p

You don't. Wanna know how to prevent yourself from knowing something you don't wanna know?

Don't Click to open the thread.

    Booooooom!
People ask me what I do for a living when I am out and about and lately it's been annoying the fudge out of me. My question was why do they need to know?!?!? As in this thread. What do they do with that information? :|
Why does it annoy you lately? So it didn't before? Lol I just think learning about different jobs is interesting. It's a classic convo starter among strangers, that's all. You might just be overthinking it a bit. It's okay. Lol
