    unless you weigh 100kg this is not going to happen.

    1% of total body weight per week is a reasonable (and very aggressive) goal.

    1lb fat = 3500 calories.
    2 lb fat = 7000 calories
    2.2lb fat = 7700 calories

    You probably won't be able to achieve net -7700 calories every week. For one, it's dangerous and difficult to do it with food alone, and it's dangerous, difficult, and hard as hell to do it with food and exercise.

    Most women, unless well into obese territory, cannot sustain the deficit needed to lose 2 lbs/1kg per week for too long. I'm not sure what your starting point is but lowering your weekly goal to 1 lb may be more appropriate.
