unless you weigh 100kg this is not going to happen.
1% of total body weight per week is a reasonable (and very aggressive) goal.1 -
1lb fat = 3500 calories.
2 lb fat = 7000 calories
2.2lb fat = 7700 calories
You probably won't be able to achieve net -7700 calories every week. For one, it's dangerous and difficult to do it with food alone, and it's dangerous, difficult, and hard as hell to do it with food and exercise.
If you are serious about wanting to make the changes in your life which will result in steady, safe, reasonable weight loss, you've come to the right site. Learn to log your food in the food log. The magic happens in your head.0 -
Most women, unless well into obese territory, cannot sustain the deficit needed to lose 2 lbs/1kg per week for too long. I'm not sure what your starting point is but lowering your weekly goal to 1 lb may be more appropriate.0
