Well here is am I've yo-yo a bit to much and have done it to myself. I haven't taken eating healthy and losing weight serious. I always start a diet and quit. But no more. I was recently diagno8with diverticulitis, gall stones, kidney stones, uti and a few other problems. The doctor told me I had 2 choices either change my life and stick to it or keep living my life as a yo-yo and end up literly killing myself. Needless to say it has opened my eyes. Right now I'm not really able to do much exercising due to the pain. But I am eating healthy. I have cut out nuts, seeds, pastas other then whole wheat, breads, sodas, sweet tea, dairy, tomatoes, anything spicy, a lot of fruit juices loaded with sugar FAST and JUNK foods. Do I miss any of it? No not at all. I've never weighed as much as I do and I want to be around along time for my children and gran babies. I have never cared for water but I have found that drinking water with the flavor packs really helps. I'm going to beat this or at least not go down without a fight
