Do you keep a MFP blog and post regularly to it?

Hi all! I joined about a week and a half ago and am easing into this very slowly. So far, the most helpful thing to me has been keeping a daily to every-other-day blog, exploring the feelings and experiences that contribute to my having arrived at my current station in life. I would love to be friends with some other folks who keep MFP blogs.

    I post all the time on my Instagram (@running2happiness) it's easier for me to snap a few photos after a workout than write it down. But I also keep a planner and that helps me stay on track the most!

    I wasn't aware that you could keep a blog on here, so I started one on Google Blogger. I just started it yesterday with the hope that putting everything out there will help me stay motivated.
