Single mom, looking for motivation and friends!

I'm 31, and a single mom living in Phoenix, AZ.
Today I stepped on the scale at the Dr office, and I was truly disgustsd with myself and the number I was seeing. I looked over at my 4 year old daughter and decided right then I needed to make a change... For me AND her.
I don't want to be that mom that can't keep up with their child.

I've got 40lbs to drop, hoping to develop friends and a positive atmosphere during this journey! Please add me if you'd like ❤

    Good luck. I am another single mom and it's a hard road. Kids have seemed to make additional challenges to weight loss for me!

    I have read many success stories about severely obese people waking up at some point and deciding to make a change on not live like this anymore. It is a mindset I am convinced. A mindset I am chasing to maintain for a lifetime. Keep that thought fresh in your mind when you got on that scale and decided to make a change. That is the driving motivation that gets us going. Now just to maintain. Good luck in your journey and new way of life.
