Hi, I have been working on a calorie allowance of 1200 and I'm about 2lb of goal weight. I've lost a little motivation this last week and decided to maintain instead. My maintenance calories are 1600. I haven't reached that calorie allowance I have still been under eating at about 1400. My question is, will I still loose weight ? I didn't know if from 1200-1600 would be a range were you maintained. Thanks
