Has anyone used the XLS medical or any other appetite suppressants while on the weight loss journey and do they help?

Don't go that route. Eat at a reasonable deficit (a deficit of 250-1000 calories depending on how much you have to lose; MFP gives you a calorie goal to hit when you use the setup), educate yourself on nutrition so that the food you eat satisfies you, do that consistently, and you will lose weight without struggling with hunger. You may have to get used to not overeating, but that's how it's going to be for the rest of your life if you want to keep off the weight you lost, and it's not terrible. Read up on "the hunger scale". When you are well fed, any "hunger" is merely in your head.2

Use the search feature and find the orlistat thread......xls medical.is the same principal. All I can suggest is pack a clean pair of underweat and trousers and some heavy duty wet wipes.0
