I successfully lost 30 lbs 2 years ago by using this sp but ended up gaining it back. I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease which affects your metabolism and a lot of other stuff in your body. I would love any tips from others who have overcame obstacles with Hashimoto's as every day seems like a struggle to do most tasks. Excited to get started on a healthy lifestyle again.

Hi! I just found out that I have Hashimoto's too! (most likely, can't afford tests, but it fits)
Starting in college, I gained over 100 pounds. I've lost 45, but still have about 60 to go, to get to the size I used to be... Went from an American Eagle 12 in 2002 to an Old Navy 18 in 2016. Old Navy 10 is the current goal, but I bet that's STILL larger than an '02 AE 12...
I agree with the "every day seems like a struggle to do most tasks" sentiment. I'm starting a new elimination diet. You can check out my food diary, if you want. :-)0
