any tips for creating and starting your own weight training and cardio workout plan if you're a beginner, also need friends for motivation and inspiration so add and how realistic or possible is it to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time ?

to Lose fat and gain muscle you will need to be on Maintenance and do a re composition

Re: Your question on starting your own weight training and cardio workout. It will depend what do you have access to ? ( gym, just body weight, do you like biking/running/swimming ?). My general response would be start with what you like and what you can do consistently. There are many strength training programs at You Tube, bodybuilding.com, etc. If you just want to do it at home, you can start using your own Bodyweight only and DVDs.
