I really want to lost 9 kg, I need someone who can encourage me to focus on my goal and we Can challenge each other to get motivated to lose this Pounds away!!!! Who's with me?

    Guys it easy No more junk food, no more soda's, no more saying yes to ur midnight bad snacks like chocolate, ice cream any other junk cravings and for me no eating after 8pm but it's up to you.
    Every Monday lets weight our self and see how many pounds each one of us lost! We can do this

    It's up to you if you want to eat after 8pm or no, but definitely no junks you can only have them once a week:)

    How about, no.

    I am losing weight just fine while eating what you call 'junk' as often as it fits in my calories.

    Thanks for starting this thread.
    I'm so happy I found this group, it's been a long lonely half a year on this journey.

    I made a vow this year to change my life.

    117kg -> 70 kg is the goal. Half way through and today I'm 100kgs.

    Got another 30 to go... Whose with me

    I was just confused because the original post says: "Can challenge each other to get motivated to lose this Pounds away!!!! Who's with me? " But then something about junk and not eating after 8pm came up... Just trying to clarify what the rules are.
