Recomposition eating ? who can give me a break down on what this is ? how it affects you and the benefit along with an easy guide on how to apply it ?

"Recomp eating" is eating at maintenance. That won't ensure body recomposition though. You must incorporate resistance/strength training with a progressive overload (weight consistently increases) in order to see body composition changes. The goal is to lose a little fat, gain a little muscle. Weight will stay about the same.
Benefits? Look hotter, be stronger, be able to pick crap up in your daily life without getting hurt.
How to apply? Eat at maintenance calories, lift things, get an adequate amount of protein.
