Anyone out here travel in an 18 wheeler?

Hubby drives and I am constantly out on the road with him. I've hit my first goals (from 220 to 198 size 22 to size 12) just by eating right, managing my caloric intake and starting to run and do a bit of ab work every day. Now I need to figure out how to keep everything tight and toned while on the road. I'm not looking to bulk up but i am looking to tighten and tone so that hopefully I don't ever have to go under the knife to deal with loose skin. Anyone have any advice?

The skin will recover slowly, over time, but only to a certain extent. Eventually, the saggy bits either have to be filled with something (ideally lean mass), or surgically removed. If you really want to avoid surgery, then "bulking up" is pretty much your only option, assuming the skin never fully recovers.

FWIW, it's been my experience that the slower I lose, the skin adjusts apace. (However, my starting weight was less, YMMV.)

For fitness, you might want to look into videos that are recommended in this forum, and apps like Sworkit, which have calisthenics and body weight exercises (no equipment needed).

I read somewhere that long haul truck drivers statistically have a harder time losing weight than any other occupation, so you need to pat yourself on the back! I'd be tempted to take some hand weights and/or a resistance band with me (this assumes you are in the passenger seat).
