    I am in. I'm in the zone right now- and momentum is in the right direction. have lost 26 pounds so far. I can use some inspiration to keep it on it.

    The Challenge forum guidelines include this item:

    Challenges which encourage VLCDs, extreme calorie deficits through the use of exercise, or which promote weight loss goals beyond the 2lb per week will be removed.

    At our discretion, this locked thread may be deleted entirely in the near future.
