Weekend motivation

Hey guys, all along my fitness journey there's this one thing that I struggle with a lot: weekends.
It seems like when the weekend comes, I can't control myself from eating all the junk food I've been avoiding from Monday to Friday.
How do you guys deal with eating healthy on weekends? I could really use some advice

    Option 1: Get rid of the junk food. If it's not there, you can't eat it.
    Option 2; eat less of it. Take out a small portion, then put away the city package.
    Option 3: adjust your goal upward to allow for this.
