Taking it slow this time

Hey, I'm Jess. I'm 21 years old and just graduated from uni.
The past few years I've been losing the same 10 pounds or so again and again. I think I've failed to keep it off because previous times I've been way too restrictive and obsessive, trying to minimise my calorie take to below a healthy level. Yes, it makes the process quicker. But it also means that when I stop I just lose control over my eating completely, and end up binging back up to the weight I started at.
So I'm going to give it another go - more slowly this time. Feel free to add me, I'll accept requests from anyone
