From some casual training after graduating from C25K I'm slow on 26:17.
How about you?

Not a bad time. Are you male or female? My record is 21:04 but that was years ago. I'm now around 23 mins

I was the same, I just kept running. Never did any other exercise in my life before that.

    hahaha... yea, you're "slow"

My best time ever was 31.5 minutes - when I'd been running regularly a few years. Of course, I didn't start til I was 40-ish.

When I was a "beginner" my 5K time was more like 45-50 minutes.

It depends by who's standards. I did 5K two days ago in 31 minutes or so.
I think I need to increase my mileage!

I remember how long it took me to get to 5K

    Do you still run?

I just started running again in May.... well, sort of. After 2+ years of inactivity it's more like walking a lot with some running along the way here and there :/
My cousin wants me to do a half marathon next year, so I gotta get my groove back!

My first 5k was around 38minutes at 29 years old....3 years later, and consistant running has me down to around 30minutes even. My PR is 27:36

There's an annual 5k I do for fun.
5k as an obese person, no training: 50:54 minutes
5k as a healthy weight person, no training: 39:35 minutes
