Does anyone know the calories for a little-medium sized box from Panda Express?

Hello, I am counting my calories to lose fat (for bodybuilding purposes) and today I went to Panda Express. Anyway, I saw online that the orange chicken they sell has 380 calories (for one portion I guess). I ordered two portions and they served me chicken in one of those little containers. I asked if this was equivalent to two portions but they didn't give me a clear answer. Could anyone help me with this? They have three different little box containers sizes and the one I got was a medium sized one. I'd say that it really wasn't two portions of chicken, to me it felt more like 1 and 1/4 portions but I really can't tell since this is the first time I eat there

I assume you're eatimg this at home. If so, Panda Express should have grams next to the serving size. Weigh it out.
Otherwise, i would log it as two portions1 -
I did eat it on the way home... haha. I logged it in as two portions though. Thank you for your help0
