Tips to reduce upper half of body

I am collegestudent .I recently joined gym and mfl. I am Indian thus I have a apple shape body and I need to lose some of my flabs and strengthen my arm plus do say how to reduce upper body fat faster

You can't spot reduce
Calorie defecit and progressive resistance1 -
yoga will tone your arms and your body overall, with the correct caloric amount, you will see an amazing transformation. people always ask how i get my arms to look the way they do, yoga, they always think i lift. the only thing i lift is my own weight!

"Tone" is low enough body fat to show musculature
Yoga is a great form of bodyweight exercise, but it is your lower body fat that shows it off
And you still can't spot reduce

The good thing is...your dress will likely hide the bottom half.
I have the same problem, and people look shocked when I wear a dress. I appear SO much smaller in a dress.1
