    Cw- 269.6
    1st goal- 259
    Tw- 150

Ot bring tears to my eyes to think about these numbers how did I let it get to that how could I care so little about myself to do that to myself. It's sad that 259 is my first goal but that would be the lowest I weighed in 7/8 years since I had my first baby

That is not a sad goal at all! That's 31lbs! That's a big deal! Keep working at it and you will get there and farther.

Started my journey on April 27th after losing my son at 24 weeks and 1 day and almost losing my life in the process.
Removed all of the processed junk out my pantry and reinvented how I eat. Now I am slowly moving towards a full plant based diet (still love my chicken and milk). I workout twice a day for about a total of an hour and a half. Sam's death has given me a new lease on life and I am not going to waste it!

gw: 150 or whatever feels right, I will know it when I get there :)

it's been 10 months since I started and i am hoping I will hit 100lbs gone by my 1 year date, however it's been a nasty hot and humid summer so it might not happen by then, but it will and I will just keep plugging along until I get where I need to be
