Former yogi runner starting over

So I'm back where I was 4 years ago when I joined MFP, I feel too big to be allowed. I currently weigh around 135kg (pending getting home to my scales for exact number). When I joined MFP in 2012 I was 140 kg, and over the course of the next 2 years I lost 50ish kg (weighed 87 kg, I'm 176 cm).

In the spring of 2014 I hurt a knee ligament in yoga that took rehab for most of the summer. In September I got a new job, relocating to a new country (actually my naive country) a few months later. Relocating meant saying goodbye to the yoga community and my teachers, my regular running routes and many good friends. Arriving in a Nordic country in November letting a short term room was not easy. I've been very blue in the winters and have had a lot of stress around finding a long term housing option. I've been comfort eating A LOT, never managed to pull myself together to find a new exercise routine and (stupidly) felt like if I wasn't working out there was even less reason to eat well. I've been so tired for the last 18 months

My plan is to start logging food again and following the MFP calorie goal, it's worked very well for me in the past. I also hope to rekindle my yoga practice (ashtanga yoga Mysore style practice) and may start running again long term (if I can find a nice outdoor area in my neighborhood). I did 2 half marathons in 2013...

I would love new friends if anyone wants to add me.

I am trying not to fall back too. I am doing well in the food area but have slacked off my running and it shows. I want to get back to where I can run a half and maybe enter a full. Working on intervals now to try to increase my miles. I did get out at 4:00 AM this morning, that's a start.

@rsclause I used to run in the morning too, usually at 5 am in order to be able to get to work by 8. These days I struggle to get up at 7..! I believe anyone can be a morning person with the right mindset, and I want to be that person again
