Question about nutritional info

I bought some frozen sweet potato wedges, and on the package it says "per 100g as sold: 130 calories" and "per 125g as consumed: 248 calories"
Am I right in thinking that if I weigh them out BEFORE cooking, I'd use the 130/100g calculation but if I weigh them out AFTER cooking, I'd use the 248/125g calculation?

Yeah it's what I'd do too. Frozen they have more water so it's less calories per weight.
Still seems kinda a huge difference, but heck. I'd probably weigh before AND after and use the highest number, and not buy that brand again if it's too far off.0
