lower belly help!

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone knows any body weight exercises that will help tighten my lower belly. Right now its just lose skin and my upper abdominal area is already has muscles but I can't seem to get anything to happen to my lower belly. Any advice would be nice.

    just keep doing what you're doing, you just need to lower your BF%

    that being said, if it is loose skin, theres not much you can do about it, it may tighten up over time though.

    if it's loose skin, all you can really do is keep working out and waiting for your body to catch up.

    Also depends how bad the loose skin is , if its minor it will tighten up , if its very bad you will need surgery.

    Leg raises. Lie flat on your back, hands under your hips, and lift your legs a few inches from the floor. Then there's a variety of exercises:

    Raise them to 90 degrees and lower - don't let them touch the floor
    Lift them six inches and then scissor them, crossing ankles over one another
    Bring knees to chest (bend) and straighten - don't let feet touch the floor.

    All those target the lower abs a lot and should tighten the muscle (note, not the skin).
