Garmin Vivofit 2 not synching

I haven't been able to get the exercise calories to synch for almost a month. MFP said it is Garmin's issue but they are no help. The MFP calories are showing up in Garmin Connect. I've disconnected/connected at least 5 times and over the weekend I wiped out everything and started over...still nothing. Anybody else having this problem?

Still not working. Garmin says it is MFP, MFP says it is Garmin. What a bunch of crap0
