Just got back from Europe... need to get back on track.

So, like many, I went backpacking around Europe and had a blast seeing the sights but also drinking and eating all the things I typically don't. That, plus my only exercise being walking around, didn't help. I was already attempting a fitness regime before I left but this backpedaled me by 10 pounds :/

This time around I'm attempting the Keto diet. Would love some tips and advice on how to best go about it safely as it has a lot of people against it. I'm also willing to add people if they need some extra motivation and hopefully they're willing to give some vice versa.
